On April 24, 2021, the third meeting of the ninth board of directors of HEC Group was successfully held in Zhuhai, Guangdong.

Group Chairman Zhang Yushuai, Group Directors Tang Xinfa, Lu Yuxin, Zhu Yingwei, Zhang Hongwei, Deng Xinhua attended the meeting, and Group Supervisors Hu Zhidong, Zhou Lin, Wei Cailiang and Assistant Wen Xinting attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed and made decisions on the company's management, various industries and industry operations and planning. The board of directors requires all industries and bases to resolutely implement strategic plans, promote development, and make more contributions to the local society; at the same time, it requires strengthening the construction of party organizations at all levels within the group and strengthening learning.

At the meeting, nominated by the chairman and unanimously approved by the board of directors, Director Deng Xinhua was elected as the second rotating chairman of the management committee of the board of directors for a term from May 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021. From April 25th to 26th, members of the Group Management Committee and key personnel from relevant functional departments participated in a collective training study with the theme of "Thinking Change, Sunshine Centuries" in Zhuhai. The main content of the training study was "Huawei Management Reform and Operation Management Thought", "Human Resource Management", "Financial Management"; require everyone to emancipate their minds, learn the advanced, and continuously optimize our management through learning, and solidify the management characteristics of HEC.
