From July 5th to 8th, 2021, the Seminar on Sales Management Reform of HEC Group, the Group Executive Management Committee Meeting, and the Mid-Year Capital Work Meeting were successfully held at the headquarters. The chairman of the board of directors, directors, supervisors, sales leaders, and personnel of the capital department attended the relevant meetings.
From July 5th to 6th, management reform seminars were held in accordance with the three major industries of medicine, electronic materials and big health. The sales leaders made a summary, planning and layout from the aspects of industry development trend, product market positioning, market position, sales strategy, team building, customer development and maintenance, profit creation, assessment and incentives, etc. Sales is the most important part of the virtuous circle of the company's entire industry. Only good sales can best reflect the value of products and make the company sustainable. We must always adhere to market-oriented, customer-centric, and create profits for the company as the primary task. The board of directors requires all comrades on the sales front to strengthen their beliefs, emancipate their minds, dare to fight and work hard, and create greater glories.
On July 7th, a meeting of the Executive Management Committee was held, and the members summarized and deployed the key tasks in charge of them; The meeting focused on the remuneration reform plan and the implementation plan of the share reform, and put forward the guiding principles for improvement and optimization, and called for the implementation of the plan by the end of July.
On July 8, the mid-2021 capital work meeting was held to summarize and analyze the capital work in the first half of the year, clarify the goals for the capital work in the second half of the year, and decompose tasks to individuals; strengthen process management in business and be result-oriented ; hope that the comrades on the capital line will be proactive, dare to take responsibility, form a joint force, and continue to work hard to create a new situation in capital work with a high sense of ownership and responsibility, and with high enthusiasm for work.
