On June 13, 2022, the fourth meeting of the board of directors of HEC Group in 2022 and the new electronic materials industry development management meeting were successfully held at the headquarters.
On the morning of June 13, the Group's directors, supervisors, and key managers of R&D, production, and sales in the new electronic materials industry held a meeting on the development and management of the new electronic materials industry.

The meeting listened to the operation of various industrial sectors of the new electronic materials industry and the development plan report for the next 3-5 years. On the afternoon of June 13, the group chairman Zhang Yushuai, the rotating chairman of the board of directors Zhang Hongwei, directors Tang Xinfa, Lu Yuxin, Zhu Yingwei, and Deng Xinhua attended the fourth meeting of the group board of directors in 2022. Group supervisors Hu Zhidong, Zhou Lin and Wei Cailiang attended the meeting.
This meeting mainly listened to the reports of the participating directors on their work in charge.
