Description of the first environmental impact assessment information disclosure
Xinglong Coal Mine in Shixi Town, Tongzi County is a normal production mine with a designed production scale of 300,000 tons per year and a mining area of 9.2506 square kilometers. The industrial site is surrounded by walls, water treatment facilities and a scaffold-type coal storage yard are built in the site, and a closed belt corridor is used for raw coal transportation. According to the requirements of "Qianmei Mergers and Acquisitions Office [2014] No. 119", the mine is currently carrying out mergers and acquisitions.
Tongzi County Mazong Tuanyuan Coal Mine was originally a production mine with a designed production scale of 150,000 tons per year and a mining area of 1.9307 square kilometers. According to the requirements of the "Qianmei Mergers and Acquisitions Office [2014] No. 119", the mine has been closed, its mining license has been cancelled, and the shaft and structures in the mine industrial site have been closed or demolished.
According to the Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau's Qianmei Mergers and Acquisitions Office [2014] No. 119 "Approval of the Implementation Plan for the Coal Mine Merger and Restructuring of Tongzi County Shixi Coal Industry Co., Ltd." Xinglong Coal Mine in Shixi Town, Tongzi County, Mazong Tuanyuan Coal Mine in Tongzi County, and Shixi Coal Mine in Tongzi County, Guizhou Province adopted merger and reorganization to retain Xinglong Coal Mine in Shixi Town, Tongzi County, and closed Mazong Tuanyuan Coal Mine in Tongzi County.
On January 11, 2019, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Natural Resources "Notice on Delimiting the Mining Area of Tongzi County Shixi Industry Co., Ltd. Tongzi County Shixi Town Xinglong Coal Mine (Merger and Reorganization)" (Guizhou Natural Resources Approval Letter [2019] 50 No.), Xinglong Coal Mine has completed the verification of reserves, and is currently carrying out the environmental impact assessment of the Xinglong Coal Mine (Merger and Reorganization) project in Shixi Town, Tongzi County, Tongzi County Shixi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The regulations and requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4) and the "Announcement on Issuing the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" Supporting Documents (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Announcement No. 48 in 2018) require the disclosure of environmental impact assessment information, so it is necessary to Post it on the company website.
