 According to the relevant requirements in the Measures for the Disclosure of Environmental Information of Enterprises and Institutions, our company voluntarily discloses the following information.

1. Basic information of the enterprise

1. Production situation

From July to September 2016, the company produced 594.01 tons of erythromycin, 22.7 tons of azithromycin, and 31.5 tons of clarithromycin, with a total industrial output value of 280 million yuan this quarter.

2. Consumption

From July to September 2016, the company consumed 9,190 tons of corn starch, 2,358 tons of soybean meal, and 1,277 tons of soybean oil; 6,224,241 tons of water, 6,450 tons of coal, 78,657,800 kwh of electricity, and 182,518 tons of steam.

2. Pollutant discharge

1. Wastewater discharge

This quarter, the No. 2 and No. 3 sewage stations are operating normally, treating a total of 672,811 tons of sewage, discharging 70.174 tons of COD and 3.33 tons of ammonia nitrogen. Among them, No. 2 sewage station treats 138,579 tons of sewage, and No. 3 sewage station treats 534,232 tons of sewage.

2. Exhaust emissions

In this quarter, the boiler flue gas treatment facilities at No. 2 and No. 3 were operating normally, with a total of 153.8379 million m3 of flue gas treated, 26.313 tons of SO, 28.215 tons of NOX and 3.794 tons of soot.

3. Solid waste disposal

This quarter, 8074.34 tons of general solid waste were disposed of. Among them, 5,060 tons of slag were sold as building materials; 2,828.74 tons of dried sludge and 1,185.6 tons of dried mushroom slag were all transported to thermal power plants for incineration. Waste packaging bags, packaging barrels, etc. are recycled by manufacturers. During the quarter, 89.97 tons of hazardous waste were disposed of, including 15.6 tons of waste mineral oil (HW08), 10 tons of pharmaceutical waste (HW02), 12.64 tons of organic solvent waste (HW06), and 51.73 tons of distillation residues (HW11), all entrusted to qualified companies ( Yichang Hazardous Waste Centralized Disposal Center, Yichang Shenghua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Zhongyou Youyi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.) for disposal. The company's hazardous waste storage sites are standardized, the ledger is clear, and the transfer form is complete.

3. Payment of sewage charges

According to the approval of Yidu Environmental Protection Bureau, the company should pay 228,126 yuan of sewage charges this quarter, and the actual payment of 228,126 yuan has been paid in full.

4. Project approval and construction

 There was no approval or construction of new projects in this quarter.

V. Environmental Risk Management

According to the company's annual drill plan, in September, the company's fourth branch organized a "centrifugal drying tower electric heating fire and personnel evacuation and fire fighting emergency drill". The Ministry of Environmental Protection is mainly involved in the collection, treatment, monitoring of accidental water and the monitoring of air quality around the factory.

6. Environmental monitoring

The company entrusted Yichang Dingshun Testing Co., Ltd. to carry out environmental monitoring on the waste water discharge outlets of No. 2 and No. 3. According to the monitoring results, the waste water from the two discharge outlets of the company was discharged up to the standard. The relevant monitoring report is as follows.

7. Other matters

1. Since the beginning of July, the company's erythromycin production line has been overhauled in turn, the production load is 50%, and normal production will resume on September 15.

2. Since September, the company's No. 3 sewage station has received the production wastewater of Yichang Shancheng Shuidu Cordyceps Co., Ltd. with a water volume of 1200t/d
